To claim your rebate, follow these steps:

Make a single-receipt purchase of $499 or more with your AAMCO or Synchrony Car Care™ Credit Card between 10/1/2025 – 11/30/2025.
Download and complete the rebate form
Send a copy of your invoice and copy of the sales receipt confirming that the AAMCO credit card was used to make the purchase (purchase date 10/1/2025 – 11/30/2025) along with the completed rebate form to the address specified on the rebate form. Rebate form must be postmarked by 12/30/2025.
